Summary

ObeyaMap is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely inside Atlassian's infrastructure. We do not collect, transmit, store, or process any of your data outside of Atlassian. The app has no servers of its own and makes no network requests to any non-Atlassian service.

What the app accesses

• Jira issue data (epics, child issues, sprints, versions, story points, assignees, statuses) is read and written through Atlassian's APIs with the permissions of the viewing user. A user can never see or change anything through ObeyaMap that they could not see or change in Jira itself.
• Layout preferences — column order, card order within cells, row mode (releases or sprints), and cost settings (cost per story point, currency symbol) — are stored in Forge hosted storage, which resides within Atlassian's infrastructure and is subject to Atlassian's data residency commitments.

What we do not do

• No data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.
• No cookies beyond those set by Atlassian itself.
• No external fonts, scripts, or CDNs — the app is fully self-contained.
• We (the vendor) have no access to your Jira content or your layout data.

Data retention and deletion

Layout preferences are deleted when the app is uninstalled, following Atlassian's Forge storage lifecycle. Issue data is never copied out of Jira in the first place, so there is nothing else to delete.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of ObeyaMap changes what data is processed (for example, an optional AI feature that sends content to a third-party model), this policy will be updated first, the change will be clearly announced in the release notes, and any such feature will be strictly opt-in.

データの保持と削除

表示レイアウトは、Atlassian の Forge ストレージのライフサイクルに従い、アプリのアンインストール時に削除されます。 課題データはそもそも Jira の外に複製されないため、それ以外に削除すべきものはありません。

本ポリシーの変更

将来のバージョンで処理するデータが変わる場合 (例: 外部の AI モデルへ内容を送信する任意機能) は、 先に本ポリシーを更新し、リリースノートで明確に告知したうえで、該当機能は明示的な有効化 (オプトイン) がない限り動作しません。
